Yep, that's the rage lately. Our 63 year old, mute, deaf and very tormented man was held since April of this year with no food but drink and a bucket to pee in while locked into a dark, blocked windowed basement. 
Philadelphia was the town where it all happened and the police there are doing well in investigating this outrage to society. 

The victim

Survived for months in this hell of a situation while his tormentor Dwayne Young a 53 year old took his money, social-security checks, wallet and other possessions while beating him and leaving him locked there.
Our nameless victim told police through his brother who interpreted for him about the abuse and time spent locked up. 
The amount of money pilfered from social-security is around $3,000.00. 
For that theft and the other misery the perpetrator is being held on a one million dollar bail. 
The victim's brother feels that the perpetrator should rot in jail and never get to leave the prison.
